Payment of School Fee

At AGR Global School, the House System is a dynamic framework that fosters teamwork, leadership and a spirit of healthy competition. Every student is assigned to one of the four houses upon admission and throughout their schooling, this system helps them build a strong sense of identity, pride and camaraderie.

Fee Payment Schedule

  • Term I: On or before 14th August.
  • Term II: On or before 14th October.
  • Term III: On or before December (exact date notified every year).

Parents are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the due dates, as fee arrears may affect the student’s eligibility for assessments and participation in school activities.

Modes of Payment

  • At School Fee Counter
  • The fee counter functions on all working days from *8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

  • Parents may also request details for bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or use the official fee payment email:

Rules Regarding Fee Payment

  • Fee arrears, if any, must be cleared before each Terminal Examination; otherwise, the student will not be permitted to appear.
  • Attendance will not be given to students with outstanding fee arrears.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable
  • Parents are requested to fill in the School Fee Payment Record in the Almanac for reference after every payment.
  • A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only after clearance of all fee arrears along with a processing fee of ₹500.
  • If parents wish to withdraw their ward at the end of the academic year, a written application for T.C. must be submitted on or before the 3rd week of February. Failure to do so will result in the collection of one term’s fee (3 months) as per school rules.
  • For mid-year withdrawals, parents are required to pay the entire term’s fee before applying for a T.C.

Important Notes

  • Fee defaulters will not be issued progress reports, examination hall tickets, or participation certificates until dues are cleared.
  • Parents are advised to maintain proof of payment (counterfoils/receipts) for future reference.
